Speaking of lunch ladies. I made Tater Tots for lunch today and oh man they are SO good! I thought I would let you in on the secret to PERFECT tots. You can thank me after you have a plate full of golden brown goodness.
First get out a shallow baking pan, the shallower the better. Lightly dust the bottom of it with pepper. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Then arrange your tots into one layer in the pan. Throw them in for 9 minutes and then use a spatula to flip them over.
Put them in for 6 more minutes. Once they're done pull them out and salt them while they're still sizzling, then lightly dust the bottom of your plate with pepper. Let the tots sit for 2 minutes and then dump them onto the plate. Salt again as needed.
Gourmet tots!
I have coined a new phrase or definition.
LUNCH LADY HAIR: NOUN
Anything foreign found in food that is either:
A.) Unrecognizable
B.) An Actual Hair You Know Isn't Yours
Next time you find a bit of something green in your milkshake you can say. "Ah shit. Some Lunch Lady Hair!" OR if you are a parent or in charge of picky children you can say in regards to that bit that doesn't belong, "Oh! That's just Lunch Lady Hair."

My girlfriend ended up doing both chores. Now I am up shit creek. I will have to make it up to her by vaccuming or something.
Has anyone been watching the World Series of Pop Culture on VH1? I sure as hell have and it is the first game on TV I am really good at, I should probably try and get on that show! Their teams have cool names. I wonder what my team's name would be?
The Marty McFlyGuys sounds kind of cool. Doesn't work if I was going to have women on my team though. Lucia is pretty good at it too, the two of us on World Series of Pop Culture? UNSTOPPABLE.

The dishes and catbox. The only thing holding me back is my complete lack of interest in actually doing them.
Tomorrow I will be hanging out with pirates with a trip on the HMS Interceptor from Pirates of the Caribbean. How awesome is that?

Man, why do none of these awesome blog editors (Word Press, Vox) not allow me to drop in my own HTML? It is sort of evil of them. I think maybe they are trying to get rid of personalized HTML so that we have to rely on their products to create it for us! Than galactic domination is only one step away.
